All orders take 3-5 business days to process before shipping out.
Shirt of the Week:
These shirts will be shipped out 5-7 business days after the sale ends. The sale runs from Wednesday to Wednesday.
Due to the nature of the product (limited shirts printed) we will not offer exchanges on the shirt of the week tees.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.
If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to: 119 North Main Street, Enterprise, AL 36330

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email with in 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.

Lost or stolen packages
Crazy cool threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it.
