RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & SHIPPING


Shipping time frame:


All orders take 2-7 business days to process before shipping out. Once shipped First Class is 2-5 days and priority is 2-3 days. RUSH shipping is 24 hours processing time and gets priority shipping.

  

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded. 

 

Damaged/defective shirts

If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email with in 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please send us an email at exchanges@crazycoolthreads.com and send your item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Lost or stolen packages

Crazy cool threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it.
