Our Exchange & Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy period lasts 30 days.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since the day your order was shipped we cannot process your return or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be placed through our Returns Portal. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded. Your item must also be a returnable item, please see which items are unable to be returned or exchanged here: What items are non-returnable?
If returning your item(s) for a refund, we only offer Store Credit in exchange for your item(s). If you chose to Shop Now at the time of returning, you will receive $5 extra credit towards your purchase. If not selected during the return process, we cannot offer the $5 extra credit.
If returning your item(s) for an exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request once we receive your package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Damaged Items

    If you get your item and it is damaged or defective, you must contact us with a picture of the damage within 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.

    Please include the design and damage in the picture(s). All damages are to be reviewed by a customer service team member. Please do not process a return with a damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
