This beautiful ESV Journaling Bible is named Lisse, inspired by the rolling tulip fields of Lisse, Netherlands. This vibrant landscape communicates two things: first, the joy and richness of the love of God and his care for us. We used Psalm 126:3 to capture this declaration: “He has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” And second, God’s offer to us from Psalm 46:10, to “Be still, and know that [He] is God.” This Bible will serve as a reminder of the goodness of God, and the rest and joy we can celebrate in Him.
